Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $100 (CAD) to all addresses in Canada. Our Continental US Customers can enjoy FREE Shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders less than these amounts, please see our flat shipping rates below. (Applicable to Online orders only).

Our flat rate shipping is simple and very cost effective, especially if you are ordering multiple items. Our one time only charge (per order) is: Ontario CAD$15, Canada (outside Ontario) CAD$20, and continental United States CAD$20. Australia and New Zealand are CAD$60.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We cannot guarantee a refund on items sent back without prior approval.

You may return any new, unopened items (that are not custom orders) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please note that custom ordered items cannot be returned.

When a customer chooses to return an item that was shipped with "Free Shipping", the related shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
