Refund policy

Returns Policy

 If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We cannot guarantee a refund on items sent back without prior approval.

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For any other reason, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any re-stocking fees.

Unfortunately, due to new international duties and fees for packages crossing the border, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on orders delivered outside of Canada.

Notice to US Customers

Due to the recent implementation of new duties and taxes at the US border, our shipping fees have changed, and a minimum $100 CAD order total applies to all orders being shipped to the US.
These new duties and taxes introduce additional costs for our customers, these costs will appear once you've entered an address on your checkout screen. 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
