I found the perfect gifts for my Scottish mother on their site. Unfortunately, at the time I found them I was a week and half past the deadline for Christmas arrival. However as grist as for closer I emailed them to see if there was any chance for a Christmas arrival. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rob who informed me that they were due into his store a day or two before Christmas and he said he would see what he could do. 2 days later I received a follow up email from Rob stating they were mailed out expedited shipping. They arrived The next day. When I asked them what I owed them for the upgraded shipping, Rob simply wrote back “No, charge. Merry Christmas!” Simply Awesome
