We *did* receive a beautiful Robertson plaid scarf, made of finest wool BUT we expected it to be the lovely BLUE color like the scarf in the photograph showing what one is buying. The blue one is NOT what they sent, they simply use the same photo for every clan's scarves! So, the website is rather misleading and lazily designed inasmuch as they use the same photo of the same gorgeous blue scarf for every single tartan! We didn't know; thought the "Modern Robertson Hunting Tartan" might be new, and blue. It isn't. There's no such thing; the blue scarf is for a different clan. So, after waiting some 6 weeks for it, we were sorely disappointed. Our money was refunded (begrudgingly) because "custom scarves cannot be returned" so at least they did that much but we had to pay the return shipping, which strikes me as wrong because their website is incredibly misleading. Was the scarf received of high quality? Absolutely! Would I purchase from them again? Absolutely not....
